What our clients had to say
Terry Brannan took what was in my head and not only made it a reality, but made it better than I had hoped for. The projects he created for us not only are unique, but functional for our lifestyle. The design process was so fun – he listened to what I had to say, heard what I didn’t want and created based on feedback and his creativity. His ability to put imagination into action is remarkable.

At the recommendation of our realtor, we hired to Terry to finish the basement in our newly purchased home in 2007. He listened to our needs and helped us design a plan that reflected our vision perfectly. It was a major project that took a cement floor, brick wall basement and turned it into beautiful, carpeted, living space. This major job included moving our hot water heater, redoing ductwork and electrical systems, putting up drywall, designing and building new furniture, and creating a custom-built door. We loved everything that Terry did and were very pleased with his work and his price.

The spring of 2008 brought a torrential rainstorm to southeastern Wisconsin one Saturday evening. To our horror, water started coming into our beautiful, finished basement. We didn’t know what to do. There was one person, however, who knew our basement better than anyone. So even as the water level rose, we called Terry, figuring maybe he could give us some advice over the phone.

To our surprise, Terry rushed right over. His quick-thinking helped us save all the furniture, doors and built-in shelves. He helped us tear up the ruined carpet and haul it out. He even rigged up a temporary pump to get the water out of the basement. It was a horrible time, to be sure, but Terry kept a bad situation from being a lot worse.

We’ll never forget that kind of personal service. After that experience, Terry’s our go-to man for all our home projects. His dedication to his work absolutely blew us away. With Terry, we not only have a professional contractor, we have a friend.
